Dear ABC News:
As a Vietnamese, I am really
heartbroken when viewing the pictures in "Agent Orange's Horrific
Legacy" from David Guttenfelder. However, it appears to be bias and misleading
to say that Agent Orange is the horrific legacy because many non-Agent Orange
sources such as pesticides and toxic chemicals, including dioxin-like
compounds, have also been found at elevated levels in many areas throughout
Vietnam, particularly the vicinity of the Danang
airport. These pesticides and toxic
chemicals can cause all health problems shown in the pictures.
Thank you.
